Murtabak Maggi was introduced to me by my working colleague Ifa. Never heard bout this recipe before. Hands on i surf the net and get the recipe. Get the basic recipe and add on more ingredients as i wanted. So i modify the recipe according to my taste. Its really delicious, but tend to use too many eggs at one time so i reduce amount of the eggs for the second experiment . It turn out better than the previous. Actually we can use any brand of instant noodles. Instant noodles with curry flavor which most preferred. Since the name popped as murtabak Maggi, all the recipes used Maggi brand.
Maggi – 1 pkt
Onion – 1 sliced
boneless chicken (cut into small pieces) -50 gm
Eggs – 3
carrot grated – 1/2 cup
Bird eye chili – 3
red chili powder – 1 tsp
Boil the noodle first, drain and keep aside. Heat oil in pan. Fry onion slices till soft. add chicken pieces followed by , carrot and bird eye chilies. Add red chili powder. Fry for few minutes. In a bowl combine eggs with seasoning. Add the fried items together. Heat another pan. Drizzle some oil. Scoop the noodle first followed by the fried items and eggs together. Fry the noodle like pancake. Serve hot with sauce.
