Cucur ikan bilis or cengkodok ikan bilis is a spicy, crispy fritters that i love dearly. My mom used to fry this those days for tea break .  Since its the easiest snack which can be prepared within  1/2 an hour.   Almost everyone would have taste it  and  knows how to do it with their own way of doing it.  All time favorite for Malaysians.
